How is Wright Resourcing different from a recruitment agency?
You choose the level of support you need and know the price before anything starts. You also keep full access to your candidate pipeline, including the data, profiles and relationships, even after the engagement ends.

Across top UK job boards, on LinkedIn and on social media. This is included in every package.

You'll have one dedicated point of contact throughout, so you and your applicants get a consistent, personal service.
Packages and pricing
How much does it cost?
Basic starts from £700 per job, Enhanced from £1,700 per job, and Premium is 10% of the annual salary per hire. Your final quote depends on the role and is confirmed before any work begins. Compare packages.
Which package is right for me?
Choose Basic if you're happy to review applications yourself, Enhanced if you'd like us to screen and shortlist, and Premium if you'd like us to manage the whole process through to references. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll recommend one.
Can I use just one part of the service?
Yes. Our modular services cover individual stages like CV screening, interview scheduling or reference checks, with no full package required.
Can I recruit for more than one role?
Yes. Multiple roles can be bundled together at a lower cost.
Do you offer Pay As You Go?
Yes, a Pay As You Go option is available on the Basic and Enhanced packages. Get in touch and we'll explain how it works for your role.
Candidates and data
Who owns the candidate data?
You do. You keep the candidate profiles, data and relationships, even after the engagement ends.
What happens to unsuccessful applicants?
Every applicant who isn't taken forward is notified. This is included in all packages, so your employer brand is protected.
